Hailey and Christopher were married at one of my favorite locations: Herrington on the Bay in North Beach, MD. As you can see, it was a beautiful day; not too hot, nice blue sky. Everyone was in great spirits as the day got closer to ceremony time.

Hailey and Christopher were such a fun couple to work with and we had an incredible sunset to cap off the outdoor photography that day. Whenever I get a great sunset, I always try to photograph as many couples as possible with it. I want everyone to have a special photo to remember the day by. Over the years, I've gotten very good at setting my camera for a sunset and running back and forth grabbing couples and bringing them out the best spot to enjoy that sunset.

This location offers everything a photographer could want. Everywhere you turn, there is a spot you could stand the bride and groom and get a great shot. I love the curved pathway with the bridge as the bride is walking up to the ceremony site. From the vantage point where I was standing, it allows for a great shot of the bride and her father before she becomes visible to the guests and lastly her groom. Behind the groom, you have a beautiful view of the Bay. When the couple wanted a group photo of all of their guests, it was just a trip to the second level of the reception building and it was an easy shot.

Hailey brought a dress to change into for the reception so that she was comfortable and able to cut loose with her new husband and all of her friends and family. I hope that she and Christopher have an incredible life together for many many years.
